About
I am a native French speaker, born and educated in France, with a lifelong passion for languages, culture and food.
My own journey has taken me all over the world. I lived in the Middle East, including Egypt, Kuwait and the UAE, for many years, and later moved to Greece, where I ran my own restaurant in the beautiful medieval town of Rhodes. Food is a massive passion of mine!
In 2007, I settled here in the UK.
Because I speak English and French and also manage quite well in Spanish, Greek and Arabic, I know exactly what it takes to learn another language and find the confidence to communicate in a foreign country.
My lessons are focused on the language you actually need in real life. Forget rigid textbook drills. We'll practise speaking naturally and confidently in the situations that matter to you.
Because of my background, I also specialise in helping British clients navigate the world of French property and business. If you own a home in France, or are thinking about buying one, I can teach you the vocabulary you need to deal with la mairie, understand planning matters, speak with local builders and artisans, and handle everyday paperwork and utilities with far less stress.
